The cultivation soil is located in Menfi the south-west side of Sicily is the Agrigento province. The vine used is 100% Merlot and it is classified as DOC Rosso Sicilia. The soil is very clay. The profit is 85 quintals per hectare. There is a maceration of the grapes for 8-10 days at 22-25°C. It follows the maceration in steel tanks at 22°C for 3 months and finally there are further 3 months in bottle.
